Marc Flores
Principal
Marc is a seasoned Operations manager with over 22 years of experience focused in Operations, Customer Service, Client Management and Community Development with a proven record of meeting client objectives in budgeting, revenue generation, compliance, marketing, branding and NOI (net operating income).
As the current Principle at SeaCoast Elite Management, LLC, Marc is instrumental in coordinating and developing new community growth as well as insuring the existing clients obtain the metrics necessary to support quality growth, care and management.
Daniel Fabrizi
Vice President, Business Development
As a strong leader in Health Care for over seven years, ranging from Urgent Care, to all levels of care associated within a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Daniel has built strong and lasting relationships within the community and has built a trust among his peers that allows him to be successful in any field he markets.
In his current role, Daniel oversees teams consisting of Community Liaisons, Marketing Directors, Activities Directors, and Admissions Directors with the common goal of adding revenue and residents to SeaCoast communities as well as building the business of SeaCoast Elite Management. On several occasions in his career, Daniel and his teams have taken struggling communities and added hundreds-of-thousands of dollars to revenue, through an extensive network of contacts, while almost doubling the census.

As Vice President of Operations, Larry Prescott brings more than two decades of Senior Care Industry experience and success to SeaCoast Elite Management, LLC.
Responsible for all aspects of community operations, Larry provides direction and oversight with emphasis on customer service and care, operational excellence, and revenue growth. An experienced Senior level, Regional, and Executive Director, Larry’s efforts in the development, stability, and growth of today’s Senior Care Industry are readily evident in the Independent/Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Care, and CCRC’s of five major corporations that have benefited from his industry expertise and business acumen.
