SeaCoast Elite Management, LLC announces the acquisition of eight properties in the state of Indiana.
These locations are in the cities of Carmel, Floyds Knobs, Greensburg, Indianapolis, Jeffersonville, Monticello, York Town, and Union City. This acquisition adds over 440 Assisted-Living beds to the Seacoast Elite Management portfolio. When adding to the recent acquisition of University Village, which will soon adopt a new name, the total number of beds in the Seacoast Elite portfolio will now exceed 670.
